Let the record reflect ...

This is the first thing I have posted in a long time. I am posting because, in the archives of this blog, I advocated against the confirmation of Bill Pryor to the Eleventh Circuit. I, wrongly, would never have expected that he would join this opinion, holding that employment discrimination against a transgendered person is unconstitutional. I am not in the business of blogging anymore, and won't formulate or offer a thorough opinion on his record overall, but insofar as I would have bet dollars to donuts against this, I was wrong.
