The State of the UnionIf you like self-consciously hip electronic music, don't like the policies of the Bush Administration, can stand cold weather, and live in the DC area, you are in luck tonight. As for me, I prefer odd quasi-trad to self-consciously hip electronic music, and would rather be in a warm room even if smoke-filled, so I'm going to see Bonnie Prince Billy at the Black Cat.
